I have heard of a few login issues. I was using Internet Explorer, but was advised by tech support to try using Firefox. After downloading it for free, I found that the program worked much better, and faster. I still use IE for all of the other websites I visit, but I use Firefox for this program. Firefox can be downloaded for free by going to www.firefox.com.

Tenant Payment Reminder

As a friendly reminder, if you had a recurring payment set up with PSN, you will need to cancel that payment plan and set up a new recurring payment inside your new Tenant Log In. This is again a FREE service that we offer our tenants who have rent withdrawn from their checking accounts. And just like before, please set your payment date to be the 1st, so that it leaves enough time for your payment to clear the Federal Banking System before the end of your grace period. Please take advantage of this service!!
